HBLのためのDNSサーバを構築するのに必要なものは既にGitHubで公開されていましたが、それがHBLの全てというわけではなく、
今回のこれがおそらくHBLの全てになるのでしょう。GitHubのリポジトリには "歴史的目的" と書かれています。
plutoo氏は「より容赦のない物があるので、もはやプライベートにしておく必要が無い」というツイートをされています。
